Terms of use
Эта страница доступна на английском и немецком языках.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Triangle Calculator website and calculator, operated by Dietmar Romer. Use is free of charge and requires no registration.
2. Provided "as is", without warranty
Triangle Calculator is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including in particular any warranty of correctness, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Calculated values, diagrams, exports and all other outputs may be incorrect. They can be affected by errors in the program, by rounding (which depends on the chosen number of decimals) and by the limits of computer arithmetic. The results are for information only. Check them independently before you rely on them, and do not use them without such checking for construction, structural, safety-relevant, legal or financial decisions.
3. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, as the service is provided free of charge. This applies in particular to damage resulting from incorrect calculations or outputs. Mandatory liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, extend or discontinue features at any time.
5. External links
This website contains links to external websites. We have no influence on their content and are not responsible for it. The respective provider is responsible for linked pages.
6. Copyright
The design, texts, code and graphics of this website are protected by copyright. Results that you calculate, export or print may be used freely for any purpose.
7. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The binding version of these terms is the German one.
